The cohort are already making waves in their respective corners of the music world. Whether it’s platforming fem, trans and queer artists, supporting increased diversity in DJing or advocating for the grassroots and DIY music scenes, we’re so here for what they’re already doing for their communities. More of all of the above please!

The Retreat has been designed as supportive, open space for people of marginalised genders to step back from day-to-day pressures and explore how leadership can be reimagined in ways that centre care, community, and collective growth. This year’s programme has been curated around six key themes: Agency, Autonomy, Social Justice, Care, Vision, and Belief. Supported by Sony Music's Global Social Justice Fund.

Keep reading to find out more about the cohort, and the exciting lineup of guest speakers joining them…
